Professor Fabrizio Zilibott from Yale University visited the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) on June 8, 2018.

He met with UIBE vice president Zhao Zhongxiu who introduced the history, competitive disciplines, and development goals of the university, with a special mention of the School of International Trade and Economics, the School of Banking and Finance, and the China Institute for WTO Studies.

“UIBE has attached great importance to international cooperation and exchanges,” Zhao said, UIBE welcomes Professor Zilibott to the university for joint research and academic exchanges.

Professor Zilibott appreciated the opportunity to visit UIBE. The two sides made further exchanges and discussed several different research fields of interest.

Li Xiaomeng, vice director of UIBE’s Department of International Relations, Cao Xiaoyong, associate dean of the School of International Trade and Economics and UIBE professor Gong Jiong attended the meeting.
